We stumbled upon I-Primo at a bridal fair and a particular ring caught our eyes. We loved it so much that we booked an appointment to their main store on the day itself. During our appointment, our consultant, Wei Nee, was eager yet patient. Aside from the ring that we saw at the fair, Wei Nee recommended pieces that she thought may suit our preferences. She elaborated on the symbolism of different ring designs and how it can highlight different features. We were spoilt for choice. Despite taking very long to decide, we never once felt like the first person ordering at the economical rice stall with a long queue behind. She gave us time to compare pieces and adviced us on how to pair them. The ring that we chose were exceptional (to us) but whats even more exceptional was the service at I-Primo. I highly recommend it to anyone purchasing rings for the first time.
