On 8 July 2025, LK and I collected our marriage bands. When I first put them on, I remember the feeling. It was so beautiful and glittery, that I remember thinking, “I want to wear this ring for life.” Suddenly, it is all these small glimmers / moments that tell us we are meant to be. I also felt a surge of confidence that no matter what trials or joys come our way in our marriage journey, we would be able to face it together. Because this ring is so beautiful, and I’m protecting something so sacred and beautiful. It really helped me trust in the promise of what a marriage is designed to be. I also loved the idea that we can embed our birth month gemstones on the inside of the ring. Each gemstone has a special promise tied to it and it made our love even more personalised. I searched high and low for almost a year, and I-Primo was the only jewellery shop that had could include Aquamarine, a March gemstone, on my wedding band! Gwyneth, who served us, is so warm and kind. I think God really blessed us with a wonderful service team from start to finish, in our wedding planning journey — that even though they are strangers, they formed a silent support team for me that I will always cherish in my heart. As we left the shop, Gwyneth sent us out and said in Mandarin “祝你们幸福快乐” sincerely from her heart, which we readily received the blessing!!
